You Provide the Place; We Provide the Trivia!

What we provide

  • 100 questions for our standard format game, including one name-that-tune-style music round

  • A trivia moderator for the event

  • Music and a DJ for the duration of the event

  • Scoring equipment

  • Depending on the venue, A/V equipment such as a projector and a screen available if needed

  • For each table:

    • A plastic table number to identify teams

    • A small basket per table to collect cell phones to prevent cheating

  • Once the event begins, our staff will handle the flow of the evening, allowing your guests to focus on the trivia.

  • Three hours of fun!

What you Provide

  • The venue, preferably one with a speaker system and a built-in screen/projector setup

  • Tables and chairs

  • Any extra table decorations you would like, such as disposable tablecloths and centerpieces.

  • Small prizes (keep it simple) for winning teams, this isn't high stakes trivia!

  • Volunteers to help staff the event including:

    • People to help score trivia rounds

    • People to collect answer sheets from teams

    • People to sell answers to each round and to sell 50/50 tickets (if you desire)

    • People to sell other items at the event like concessions (depending on the venue)

    • We will work with you to determine your volunteer needs, but expect about 3-4 volunteers per 10 tables

OUR FORMAT...

There will be ten rounds, with ten questions per round. We read through all ten questions , then we display all ten questions on a screen for 5 min to allow all answers to be recorded and collected for scoring. Scores will be posted at halftime and the end of the night. We recommend eight players per table, and as many tables that your space can fit. We will work with you on what to charge per player and/or per table to maximize profits for your organization.

All you need is to supply the place; we bring the trivia! Fundraising opportunities don’t stop with the trivia; we offer answer sales for each round with all proceeds going to your organization.  We can also help you organize 50/50 raffles (up to two drawings per night), basket/prize raffles and more to help raise your funds. We are more than happy to help plan fundraising ideas and marketing strategies for your event, just ask!

THEMING

We are willing to incorporate theme rounds into our questions for several rounds, for example; baseball, Catholic, Irish, Halloween, etc. Theming is a great way to personalize the trivia night for your organization. Theming is not necessary as we will always come with enough new questions to ensure a full 3-hour block of fun.
